Positively Weightless

A healthy life not only means physically healthy, but mentally as well. Healthy eating, healthy exercising habits, and a positive attitude are all important and help maintain balance in life. I decided to combine my love of writing and my positivity to change the world in hopes that any reader can also become positively weightless, and lead them to a healthy life.

I know I have been hinting at an upcoming product review for my page here since just about the beginning of the year, and that post has finally arrived. I decided to start up with a new subscription, and that is a tea subscription. I am sure you remember the book reviews I did last year for both the original Oola and the Oola for Women books by Dave Braun and Troy Amdahl. Well the two Oola guys recently came out with a line of teas.

I decided starting a subscription with these teas would be great for me at this time for two reasons. One, I am trying to make healthier decisions and the first two teas (that I will be reviewing shortly) both seemed like great tools to use during this time. The second reason being that I decided to give up coffee for lent, and I knew these would help me during those forty days.
Every subscriber starts their Oola tea journey with a starter pack that contains one package of Peppermint Rush Energy tea, and a package of Dragon Clove Detox tea. I will get into the individual teas later on. I first wanted to talk about my first impression which comes from the packaging. Honestly, the packaging is beautiful. The individual packages of tea are nicely designed and really eye catching. The packaging of the actual box the teas come in, however, is just as eye catching. As you can see in the picture above, the box opens like a book to reveal two little compartments that the bags of tea are in. I love that the box really is kept pretty minimal but the words have a big meaning. You can see what the words say in the picture above, but the quote on the right side, "Together changing the world with a word. #Oola" speaks to me so much. If you have followed this blog at all since it started, you should know why I love this quote so much. I suppose in a way you can say I am hoping to change the world with my words through this very page. Like I said, the words on the packaging are minimal, but pack a big punch.
Once you open up the box, you find the two bags of tea, a recipe card, and an Oola goal sticker where you can write down a goal you would like to achieve before your next box comes to you. There is also a discount code for future purchases outside of your monthly subscription box. I honestly love everything about this. You get the two teas at a discounted price than you would for just buying the individual bags, and there are a few little bonuses in there as well.

Now, let's get into the actual teas. The box is designed to have one tea that has a higher caffeine content in it, and the other a lower caffeine content. I of course chose to drink the Peppermint Rush Energy tea in the morning and the Dragon Clove Detox tea at night before bed. I will just go into the teas in that order. Before I get into it, I should mention that these teas are designed so the consumer can add verified consumable essential oils to them. As you may know I use Young Living essential oils, so I was able to do this.

Let's start with the Peppermint Rush Energy tea. This is a peppermint black tea. Every morning for the last two weeks I would steep one tea bag for about 5 minutes. Once the tea was done, I added one drop of peppermint essential oil and about 2 teaspoons of honey to the tea and stirred it up. I typically brought the tea to work with me and drank it there. Honestly, I did feel like it gave me a huge energy rush. Just smelling the peppermint alone was enough to wake me up but to add it in with the tea made it a winning combo. I honestly have not missed my morning coffee once since I have been drinking this and I am loving it. The flavor is really nice and just a little bit of sweetness was perfect to really enjoy this tea. I felt like it did exactly as it promised and it gave me a really nice boost.

Every night before bed I had a cup of the Dragon Clove Detox tea. This is a green tea.I drank this one both with honey and without it. I enjoyed it both ways so I really just went with what I was in the mood for. This tea calls for a clove-based essential oil so I added 2 drops of Thieves essential oil from Young Living. No complaints adding that oil as cold season is still going strong around here and Thieves is amazing for immunity support. Just the smell of this tea alone is amazing but it tastes even better! I personally am not a big fan of green tea. I drink it for the health benefits, but I never really enjoyed the taste of it. This tea, however, I did not need to force myself to drink. I looked forward to it every night. As far as the detoxing qualities? I fully felt them. I had hit a bit of a plateau with my weight loss the last few weeks. I was still going down in my weight, but only in very small increments. After I finished with the two weeks drinking this tea every night, I had lost just about 5 lbs and for two weeks that is a fairly reasonable loss. This tea did seem to detox but in a much more comfortable way. Anybody who has had other brands of detox tea in the past knows exactly what I am talking about.

I truly did feel these teas detoxed my body, but also my mind in a way as well to make better choices. I had more energy to get through my workouts. I still have not blown off the gym once and I am even extending my workouts more as well. I think these teas truly gave me the extra push I needed to get over that little bump in my road. This tea is helping me with my Oola Fitness goal of getting healthier!

A monthly subscription to Oola tea is $29.99 USD a month. That includes shipping. You get the recipes, sticker, and 2 different teas a month to try. That is 2 bags of 14 tea pyramid sachets (a total of 28 tea sachets). They also have a store on their site where you can purchase the previous month's teas if you do not want to commit to a subscription, but are curious to try them. I went on and bought the other flavors I was missing right away because I loved this tea so much. I am actually drinking an almond milk latte I made with the Cinnamon Chai Peace tea and two drops of cardamom essential oil as I am writing this post. If you want to check it out, here is the link to the website: Oola Tea. The website provides all the useful information you will need about these teas.

Overall I am super impressed with these teas. I have more energy and drive to become a healthier me. I know if I start my morning with a healthy choice, the rest of the day's healthy choices just come that much easier to me. I am certainly driven to meet my Oola Fitness goals while I am drinking them, and I know the other  Fs of Oola will follow right behind. Great taste, certified organic, formulated for essential use, where could you go wrong when it comes to a morning (or night) beverage?

Do you ever have one of those weeks where you really just have to push yourself more than others? Where certain things in your routine just seem more exhausting and tedious than normal? How about when you push through these tasks and get them done anyways, how do you feel then? I honestly just had one of these weeks with the gym. I just felt so tired by the end of my work days that quite honestly going to the gym and working out sounded like the most exhausting thing in the world. I know this has a lot to do with my hormones causing me to feel a lot more fatigued than I actually am, but I really felt it this week. I pushed through and honestly my workouts felt that much more satisfying when I completed them. That struggle this week inspired me to write about that in this blog post.

Everyone gets tired, run down, and just exhausted from everyday life. It really is human nature. Most of us live really busy lives between jobs, school, families, friends, and even projects like this blog on the side. It just comes with the package. Honestly some weeks this blog is so easy to update. The words usually just flow right out of me and I have no issues posting. Randomly, however, I have weeks where writer’s block gets the best of me and I really have to push through in order to stick to my posting schedule. Especially now that I am juggling two separate pages. I absolutely love it, but that means I am posting twice as often. I am embracing the challenge though since writing is something I absolutely love. But the bottom line is, it’s hard sometimes to push through your normal routines or new routines that you are trying to form into normal routines. Sometimes we just wake up tired and not really all that excited to carry these routines out.

I honestly think working out and the gym is a huge routine a lot of people struggle with. I did for a very long time myself. When I was first told by my friend I really should start doing three days a week instead of the two I started with, I was miserable but knew I needed to do it. I think that is the problem with a lot of people. They psych themselves out thinking they cannot handle something so much that they fully believe it. Look at all the people at the gym at the beginning of a new year. They make these awesome resolutions to start eating right and join the gym only to stop going less than a month into the new year. Look at people who always say they are going to join one and never do. The gym isn't always a person’s style of course. It took me years before I started going and didn’t feel like I was being stared at because I was heavier than most there. But there are plenty of ways to workout and get a healthy routine going without the gym. But gym or not a lot of people I think sell themselves short. So many people decide it is too hard and do not push through that first month so it can become a routine. Quite frankly a lot of people get lazy about it, for a very long time that included myself.

My main point in this post is to tell you to push through your doubts and to push through your fatigue. Life absolutely can run us down sometimes but try not to let that stop you. I came so close to blowing my workouts off all week this week but decided I would push through and get them done. Was I super tired once I finished them? Of course. Was I extremely proud I didn’t talk myself out of going? Absolutely! I have gone to the gym three days a week for a solid eight weeks now. Just seeing that in writing makes me overflow with pride. At this point it is just a routine now instead of a task. That was what pushed me to go regardless of my resistance this week. I didn’t want to ruin that record for nothing. I want to keep it up and keep that streak going. I am still going down in my weight bit by bit every single week. Sometimes the number isn’t going down as much as I was expecting, but it is still down and it is still an improvement. Down is much better than up. As i have said before it is more about how I feel, not a number on the scale. I feel so much healthier because I pushed through my doubts and continue to do so.

Push through your doubts. Push through your worries. Push through your pain and get the job done. Of course, if you genuinely feel you should not do something for health reasons, do not do that. That is an entirely different story. If you are just second guessing your capabilities though, push through that to find a better you. That goes for anything in life you may come across. Push through and get it done!

Here I am on a Friday night after midnight (well... I suppose that would make it Saturday then, but minor details!) with the sudden inspiration to write. I probably won't share this post until morning but I wanted to write while the inspiration hit. Now that January has come to an end and we are into February, I am going to share my new schedule and how I have been doing so far in my journey to get healthier this year.

Well the bottom line remains as it usually is when I start up a new routine. I have been making an effort to eat better, drink enough water, and make sure I stick to a workout schedule. But I have been doing things a little differently this time around. I honestly think this has helped a lot.

I always make sure I eat breakfast. I leave myself a good 20-30 minutes in the morning before I have to leave for work to make sure I get breakfast. Sometimes its some scrambled eggs with just a little cheese and hot sauce, sometimes I make overnight oats, and more specifically I make protein smoothies on the mornings of the days I am planning on going to the gym after work. I save these for gym days because they do have more calories in them (that I can burn off at the gym), but they also give me a huge boost of energy and keep me fuller longer. Usually  because of this I eat my lunch later at work when I have them, which is good because it holds me over until dinner since I eat dinner later as well on gym nights. I have a handful of favorite recipes, but I am planning on sharing those in a different post.

As far as meals go, I am trying to not eat as many carbs, eat as many vegetables as possible, and not eat after 8PM. I still eat carbs of course. I personally could not do one of those diets where carbs are either extremely limited or not allowed. I am not going to lie at all. I love carbs. Most of them are bad for you but I love them. I am just trying my best at this point to cut them where I can. I will not lie to you and say my diet is perfect. I absolutely need some work still but it is getting better. I still cheat. Weekends are the hardest, but when I can I am choosing to make better choices. I know personally that if you limit yourself too much you are only setting yourself up for failure. I honestly believe I went too hard too fast the first time around, and that was the main reason I got off track and gained a lot of that weight back. I only drink water as well. That was hard at first because I used to love soda, but honestly I don't want anything but water anymore. Sure I have the occasional soda or juice, but not too often anymore. I also drink tea and coffee sometimes, but lets be honest who doesn't?

As far as the gym goes I have been sticking very well to my three days a week schedule. At this point I am doing 30 minutes of cardio and then working on my arms one day, and my legs another, and the final day is just the cardio to close the week with a lighter day. My overall goal is to go to the gym four days a week, but I am working my way up to that. I have already worked up my tolerance for exercise again and this journey getting back into the gym has been easier this time around. I really think just jumping right into the three days a week instead of just two and working my way up to three like I was planning on was the best thing I could have done. I am still so thankful my friend gave me that push of tough love to make me realize that was the best thing for me. I already am not feeling like I am a hot sweaty mess after my cardio anymore like I was that first week. I take the stairs at work instead of the elevator (unless I very occasionally bring hot coffee. I know my clumsy self too well to tempt fate with stairs and hot coffee) and I am not all out of breath and worked up anymore when I get to my floor. I still pack the same gym bag and bring that to work with me, and head to the gym that is right behind the building I work in. That small distance is such a big blessing as well since I don't have time to talk myself out of going then.

Overall I have just been doing the basics to get my health in order this time around. Some changes and ongoing changes to my diet, working out on a frequent basis, and most importantly sticking to that. In just about five weeks I have lost 11.5 lbs which is a pretty decent number for that amount of time as a 2 lbs loss per week is said to be ideal. My weight has been flip-flopping for quite some time now, and this is the longest I have steadily gone down instead of up and down in a very long time. More importantly, however, is how I am feeling. My overall resting heartbeat is down 9 bpm. I have been sleeping better (I promise writing after midnight is not a frequent occurrence). I have not had a single headache in these 5 weeks. It is rare that I feel sleepy mid work day now, and I really just have a lot more energy. Clearly I am doing something right and my body is thankful for it. Those are all great signs telling me to keep it up and that I am doing something right.

Those are the basics to my first month on this new path. I really want to do another check in like this in another few months and share my progress. I am actually really excited about that. I am not sure what it is, but something feels different this time around. I truly want to stick to this and it doesn't feel like a chore. I already feel the changes in my body in this short time and that is wonderful. I think I am capable of far more than I was telling myself originally. As far as future posts, I mentioned reviewing a product in an upcoming post. That product isn't shipping until this Monday, so it probably won't be the next post as I had hoped. I am still pretty excited about it though. I just want to have enough time to really use the product first before I do a review, so sit tight.

I hope this post inspired you to makes some small changes that can lead to a big effect in your life. Thank you for reading and I will see you in the next post!

One of the pieces of advice I have offered on this page is to leave your past in the past. To grow from your mistakes and past experiences but to never dwell on them. I still stand by this, however, I want to dedicate this post to looking back and appreciating just how far you’ve come in life.

The other day while I was doing my cardio at the gym I randomly got to thinking about just how much I have grown and changed over the past few years. Mainly in the last two years more specifically. Sure I am working a much better job now, doing my best to eat right and exercise, but I don’t even mean in this way. What I really was thinking about is my mindset. I have become such a positive person in these last two years that it is absolutely amazing to me. The way I handle stress is so much healthier now as well and it is so amazing to look back at who I was just a few short years ago and see how different that is from today.

I personally think a huge part of that sort of growth is the people you surround yourself with. If you have someone in your life that is always down on life and seeing the negative aspects in the world, naturally you will pick up these thoughts and behaviors as well. I have noticed over the years a person tends to reflect the ones they spend their time with. I think this was a huge part of my evolution over these past two years. Distancing myself from negative people in my life and embracing the ones who have a positive impact on me. If you don’t like the way a certain person makes you feel then there is really no reason to keep associating with them. I can think of one person in particular that I haven’t spoken to in months who was (and probably still is) as negative as they come, and it is almost like a weight has been lifted. Personal growth comes a lot from the support in your life.

Look back on your past and think about the person you were just a few short years ago. It was crazy to me to realize just how different that girl is from the one I am now. I embrace life and the challenges that come with it. If something goes wrong, sure it's tough and okay to be upset for a while, but I get up, dry my tears, and just keep looking ahead. When I was first job searching out of college back in 2014 I was so stressed out that I couldn't seem to find a job. What they don’t tell you is that a lot of the time, when you are right out of college with a degree but no job experience, it is a rough road. Now, that does not go for everyone of course. I was becoming more stressed, scared, and frustrated with every job application I filled out with no response. I ended up getting a job because my mother’s office needed help and figured it would give me the experience everyone wanted in a job candidate. This past summer when I once again found myself on the job market I was a much calmer person. I went on quite a few job interviews with no call backs. I had experience now but was still finding myself getting progressively frustrated. But I moved forward. Sure there were some mini breakdowns about jobs I thought were great fits that I didn’t get called back for, but I got up the next morning and just kept sending my resume out for new positions. I was stressed and frustrated of course, but was handling it a lot better than the first time. I stayed positive and moved forward and because of that I ended up with a better job than I could have possibly imagined. I work for two great bosses that treat me so well and are so appreciative of me. They help me out when I need it since they are aware I am still new and certain things I am still learning, but they also know I am very capable as well. I honestly could not have asked to be hired by two better people.

My point in bringing all this up is that since my mindset changed I was able to snag a position I truly love and am well fitted for. If I was still the shy, negative person I was when I was originally looking work, I don't think I would have been able to succeed as well at this job as I am, let alone get through the job interview well enough to be offered the position. I look back on myself two years ago and am just so thankful I was able to turn myself around and start seeing the light in life instead of the dark.

Looking to the past to reflect and appreciate the growth in yourself is a much better thing than dwelling on what could have been. I sound like a broken record here but leaving all the negative things that have happened to you in your past and using them for growth is the perfect way to make lemonade from the lemons life gives you. Realize just how far you have come as a person when you look back in that rear view mirror and smile about it. My next post I think I will update you all on my new routine. I am pretty excited to share and talk about it because it seems to really be working for me. I have lost just shy of 10 lbs in just three weeks and the drive I have in me is so much stronger this time around and it feels amazing (something I can thank a good positive friend for, for pushing me and giving me tough love and risking me being mad at her because she cares). I want to write down how I am making things work around my new job and schedule and hopefully do a check in every few months to see how I have changed and have updated the routine. I also have a really fun review in mind coming in the next month or so (I just ordered the product today so I am pretty excited about it), and no it is not a book this time! One more thing, I decided to start up a beauty blog for fun as well. I only have an intro post up right now, but next week I want to start off the page with a skin care routine post. If you are at all interested head on over to Positive Glamour and check it out :-).

As always, thank you so much for reading. Honestly, this post ended up being a lot longer than I was expecting it to be so if you stuck around thank you! See you in the next post!

Another brand new year is here which means new things for this page and for myself. I set goals for myself with my writing last year and met them, and I plan on doing the same in 2018. A year full of new posts, new challenges, and new topics being incorporated into this page. I have plenty of plans in mind for the year ahead of us.

I recently had a friend encouraging me in my health goals for this year in a different way than I am used to. She told me that I needed to get to the gym more and that I have been selling myself short of what I believe I am capable of as far as my workouts go. My initial reaction to that of course was to take offense, but almost immediately afterwards I realized she is absolutely right. I spent all of 2017 only going to the gym two times a week (in between many weeks of breaks that is). When I first started going back to the gym early last year that was a good start, but I should have upped my time at the gym long before now. Without hesitation I decided I was going to be going three days in a row now. Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

I know, this is only a small addition but I think it is what I need. I have always recommended baby steps, and this is a baby step, however, by continuing to only go two times a week I was not even taking those. I haven't worked out two nights in a row in years, but today is my second of the three. I would be lying if I said I wasn't sore, especially since I do squats as a warmup before my cardio. My back hurts a bit, my legs are sore, but if you do not come out of a workout sore then you are not working hard enough. No pain no gain right?

I have a drive this time around that I haven't felt in quite some time. I want to slowly become a healthier self. I am not concerned about the number on the scale as I have said before, but with the way I feel. I want to have more energy and I know that eating healthy and whole nutritious foods will help me with that. I will make a conscious effort to drink at least 64 oz of water every single day. I am still going to drink coffee, but I am trying to slowly cut back the amount of cream and sugar I put into it as well as cutting back on the trips to Starbucks for lattes (that is going to be a hard one for sure). Taking little steps that lead to big changes in your life is what it is all about.

I want to encourage you all to do the same. Take time to take small steps into eating right. Start working out on a regular basis and as my friend says, do not sell yourself short. Do not push yourself past what you are capable of, but make sure you are pushing to that point. Push through the pain so you will get past your hump just like I need to. We can do it together. I have total faith in myself and I know darn well I can do it. I lost all that weight once, why can't I do it again?

Looking forward I have big plans for this blog in the coming year. Recipes, book reviews, and maybe even adding a few new topics such as reviewing essential oils and discussing quotes. I love that I have this space to write about the things I am passionate about. I especially love that there are those of you out there that take the time to read the words I put so much passion into. Here is to a happier, healthier year in 2018! I hope to see you during the ride!

First off, I want to apologize for not posting last week as I should have based on my schedule. I know I mentioned at the end of my last post that I may not make my deadline due to the holidays, and I was right. I can’t be the only one that felt like Christmas completely crept up on me this year! With that being said, I think skipping a week worked out perfectly. I wanted to make my final post of 2017 a post about a reflection on this past year. A lot has happened in my life this year and I think I can use that growth and channel it into my writing to end the year right. I want this post to look back on my personal experiences throughout the year, and to use them to send out a positive message.

One of my accomplishments of 2017 I feel I should mention first is sticking to a schedule on this page. I started this page right out of college and really only updated here and there. I always wanted to commit to a writing schedule, but just never stuck to it. Compared to other blogs, once every two weeks is still a pretty slow pace, but the fact that I have stayed with that is huge to me. I am especially proud that I stayed on track with it when I started an entirely new schedule because of my new job. I do hope to increase my posting schedule in the near future, but I am so very happy I have been doing what I love on a more frequent basis now.

This year brought on so many new beginnings for me. With that of course also comes doors closing. There was of course some loss this year. I won’t go into too much detail here, but it really is funny how loss always brings on a new beginning of some sort. I can think of a number of things that prove that to be true just within this past year. Just remember that one door closes so an even better, grander door can open in its place. It always feels like a huge setback when that door closes, but when that new beautiful door opens, you can breathe a huge sigh of relief. I know I mention it time and time again, but losing my last job felt like such a scary thing. The longer I went unemployed this past summer the more worried I was getting for my future. Patience led me to an absolutely wonderful position I am not just happy with because of the benefits, but because I truly enjoy working there as well. Without some loss in this past year I would never have found that.

Since this page started as a weight loss page I feel I should touch on that topic as well. I started off the year describing my plan to get healthy and to be blatantly honest it just didn’t work out. I won’t sit here and make excuses but to just be plain honest I fell out of my new routine I started at the beginning of the year. To be honest, it happens. Life happens. Change happens. I already have a plan thought out for the start of 2018. I have all the resources I need, so I am just going to buckle down and do it, so expect a new routine and more posts about it in the future.

2017 was also a year of change... and I think that can be said for many. Change is a wonderful thing despite the fact that it doesn't always feel that way. I was thrown into changes this year that I absolutely did not want to face. After all that I still made it through right? Even if you are not religious think about the prayer that starts:

"God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference."

Personally I grew to learn just what this means throughout the past year.

Now that I have reflected on 2017 I think it is time to look to the future. Look toward another brand new year that lies ahead of all of us. If something didn't go right this year then use this shiny new year to improve. Do not beat yourself up because you didn't reach your goals. Look forward. Move forward. Think about why you did not succeed so you know how to change to better reach said goal. Use the time you have and make the most of it. Am I disappointed because I didn't lose the weight I wanted to this year? Of course, but considering the stress I waded through to get to where I am today I believe I had a reason. Not an excuse, but a reason. I am already looking forward to the future and planning on working on that goal again. My health is the goal, not the number on the scale.

Take some time during these last few days of 2017 to think about what you really want to accomplish. Do not dwell on the past but look toward the things you can change. Start small and grow from there. Even if you had a year of growth like I did, there is always room to go even further. The sky is your limit, and if you feel like you've hit rock bottom then the great news is you can only go up. Set a goal for 2018 that you truly want to achieve and really consider all you need to do to achieve it.

Thank you for reading as always. I hope you all had a wonderful holiday(s) and I wish you all a very happy new year! Here is to sharing even more posts in 2018!

The holidays are right around the corner and with that comes a lot of activities. Shopping, parties, baking, the list really goes on and on. I know I personally need to do some shopping still and am panicking at how little time there is to do it all! With all the craziness going on I think it is important to think about why we are going through all the holiday madness. It is a time to celebrate all the love and appreciation we have for the ones in our life. My key word there is appreciation.

My blog here is no stranger to appreciation. I have posted about appreciating life, and even the last post I wrote was about giving thanks for the blessings in our life. I want this post, however, to be a bit different. This time of year is all about showing the ones we love just how much we appreciate them. I am hoping to really encourage anyone reading my words to do just that. Scpecifically about people we appreciate instead of appreciation in a more general sense.

Have you ever just sat and thought about a specific person you are really close with and wondered how anyone could have let them go? Knowing about their past and friends or someone else in their lives that suddenly just walked away? I feel like the most common example of this would be thinking how any of your current romantic partner’s exes could have possibly let them go. This can be said about friends as well. You sit and wonder how crazy those ghosts of their past must have been to let this wonderful person get away. Someone you just cannot picture your life without. Someone that picks you up when you are down. Someone that knows how to make you smile when it is the last thing you want to do. Why in the world would anyone not appreciate that as much as you do? I have had this thought about people in my life before and still cannot comprehend how someone would want to willingly let them go. A lack of appreciation for someone really can be the downfall of a relationship.

Take some time this holiday season to think about all the people in your life you genuinely appreciate. Friends, family, coworkers, etc. even someone who is more than one of those things at once. Anyone in your life that you truly couldn’t imagine your life without them there in one sense or another. Go out of your way to show them how much you care. I know the holidays can be expensive. I don’t necessarily mean buy everyone a fancy gift. You can make gifts, give them a card with a nice message inside, or even just tell them. A little can go a very long way. A few weeks ago one of my bosses at work out of the blue told me how lucky he and my other boss were to have me on their team and that they really appreciated the hard work I have been putting in. Just a few simple words was enough to put a smile on my face and know my work was paying off. It is as simple as that. Just simply letting people know you care about them.

The holidays are such a great time to show the ones you love you care but any time of year is great for this as well. Just as I said before it doesn't take much and you never know how much it will mean to the other person. We should never take the ones we love for granted, because you never really know when they may be gone. Do not become the person who let them get away. Show the person you care and I am willing to bet they will absolutely return the favor right back.

Thank you so much as always for reading. I appreciate you all! ;-)  My next post is due to be posted on the week just before Christmas. I will do my very best to make that happen, but since it is such a busy week, it is possible I may have to postpone it until the following week. Either way I think a nice reflection of the past year would be nice! Until then!
